Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to purchases made directly from Arcvenza, including proxy plans, traffic and bandwidth packages, IP allocations, account credits, subscriptions, renewals, top-ups, add-ons, and other digital network services.
It should be read together with the Terms of Service and the product details shown at checkout. If a signed order form or written enterprise agreement contains different refund terms, that document controls for the services covered by it.
Digital delivery and activation
Arcvenza services are digital and do not involve a physical product that can be returned. Delivery occurs when the purchased plan, balance, IP resource, credentials, or service entitlement is made available in your account or through the applicable endpoint.
Provisioning may begin immediately after payment. Network capacity and access resources may be reserved for the account even if you do not connect to or use the service.
All sales are final
Once a purchase or renewal is completed, the charge is final and non-refundable, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right or Arcvenza expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
We do not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds for unused service. Unused traffic, bandwidth, credits, IPs, subscription time, or account balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another payment method.
Items not eligible for a refund
A refund will not be issued for the following circumstances:
- Unused traffic, bandwidth, credits, IPs, subscription time, or account balance.
- A change of mind, mistaken purchase, or failure to cancel before renewal.
- Selecting the wrong product, plan size, location, protocol, duration, or configuration for your intended use.
- A target website blocking, limiting, changing, or refusing access.
- Differences in IP availability, reputation, response time, or success rate that arise from changing network and third-party conditions, unless Arcvenza has made a specific written service commitment.
- Incorrect configuration, incompatible software, local network conditions, device restrictions, or exposed credentials.
- Account restriction or termination resulting from prohibited activity or a violation of our Terms of Service.
Your responsibility before purchasing
Before paying, review the product description, supported protocols, available locations, allocation method, usage limits, billing period, and any restrictions that matter to your use case. You are responsible for choosing a compatible service and keeping your account and credentials secure.
Arcvenza does not guarantee access to a particular third-party website, application, platform, or result unless that commitment is expressly stated in a written agreement. If you are unsure which plan is suitable, contact us before purchasing.
Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
A recurring subscription continues and may renew until it is cancelled. You must cancel before the next renewal is processed if you do not want the next charge.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not reverse a completed payment or create a right to a prorated refund. Service access may remain available until the end of the paid term, subject to plan limits and the Terms of Service.
Stopping use of the service, removing a proxy from your software, or leaving the account inactive does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Technical or service issues
If a purchased service cannot be accessed or does not appear to work as described, contact Arcvenza promptly. Give us a reasonable opportunity to review the account, reproduce the issue, check the affected resource, and provide configuration guidance or another appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, Arcvenza may offer troubleshooting, replacement access, a service extension, or a discretionary account credit. These remedies are not cash refunds, do not change this Policy, and do not create an entitlement to the same remedy in another case.
Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
If you believe a charge was duplicated, calculated incorrectly, or made without your authorization, contact us promptly with the transaction details. A confirmed duplicate or incorrect charge will be corrected in accordance with applicable law and payment-network requirements.
For a suspected unauthorized payment, secure your Arcvenza account and contact your payment provider as appropriate. Arcvenza may request information needed to verify account access and investigate the transaction, but we will never ask for your password, private key, or complete payment-card number.
Suspended or terminated accounts
No refund is due when access is limited, suspended, or terminated because of prohibited activity, abuse, fraud risk, non-payment, compromised credentials, or another violation of the Terms of Service.
If you believe an account action was made in error, contact us for review. Any restoration, adjustment, or other remedy will depend on the review outcome and any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Credits, promotions, and payment costs
Promotional credits, bonus usage, coupons, and other non-cash benefits have no cash value and are not refundable. Any discretionary service credit may be limited to the account, product, or validity period for which it was issued.
Arcvenza is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, foreign transaction fees, bank charges, or other costs imposed by your financial institution or payment provider. Taxes are handled as required by applicable law.
Payment disputes
Please contact Arcvenza before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so that we can investigate and try to resolve the issue directly. When a dispute is filed, we may provide the payment provider with relevant order, account-access, provisioning, usage, and support records.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising rights available through your payment provider or under applicable law. Filing a dispute does not expand the refund rights stated in this Policy.
Required legal exceptions
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law requires a repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation right, or refund in a specific circumstance, Arcvenza will provide the required remedy.
Where a refund is legally required or approved in writing, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method unless the law permits and you agree to another method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider. Access, credits, or resources connected to the refunded amount may be removed.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, billing practices, or legal obligations. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, an update applies prospectively and does not remove rights that arose under the version in effect when a purchase was completed.
